The Cohort combines formal education, individualized coaching, proposal development support, consultant engagement, and long-term partnership to help companies prepare competitive NIH applications.

What It’s Not: The Cohort is not a standalone educational program. It serves as one component of MNSBIR’s broader Catalyst Program and commercialization support model. Approved Catalyst Program firms may engage with MNSBIR before, during, and after the Cohort as their funding and commercialization needs evolve.
