Commercialization Institute – Registration

I request business counseling and technical assistance services from MNSBIR, Inc. I understand that these services are provided at no cost as part of MNSBIR’s mission to support Minnesota-based startups and small businesses in accessing federal research and development funding. I agree to provide necessary business information to assist in my development efforts.

I acknowledge that all assistance provided is advisory in nature, and all business decisions remain my sole responsibility. I waive any and all claims against MNSBIR, its host organizations, staff, consultants, and affiliated partners arising from this counseling relationship.

I understand that MNSBIR consultants: 1) Will not recommend goods or services from sources in which they have a financial interest. 2) Will not accept fees or commissions resulting from this counseling relationship.

Additionally, I agree to participate in follow-up surveys and evaluations to assess the impact of the services received. I understand that my business and personal information will be kept confidential unless required by law or necessary for program reporting to funders or government agencies.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the terms of this agreement.
