Our Request

MNSBIR, Inc. is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping Minnesota startups and small businesses secure SBIR/STTR funding to bring innovative technologies to market. Our Board has a state funding request to expand our impact and ensure broader access to these federal resources across Minnesota.

We are requesting $5 million in state funding to build a stronger MNSBIR, Inc. with a dedicated team of professionals to help YOU along the path of commercialization. This funding will allow us to directly support high-tech R&D firms on this path by expanding our programs and enriching our services.

Our legislative champions leading this effort are:
