“From the Sources’ Mouth” with CDMRP

March 3 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM CT | Virtual

Don’t miss your chance to hear directly from Dr. Rebecca A. Fisher, Deputy Director for Program Management at Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP).

The CDMRP strives to transform health care for Service Members and the American public through innovative and impactful research. The CDMRP fills research gaps by funding high impact, high risk and high gain projects that other agencies may not venture to fund. All the programs managed by the CDMRP share the common goal of advancing paradigm shifting research, solutions that will lead to cures or improvements in patient care, or breakthrough technologies and resources for clinical benefit.

Join this overview of the CDMRP program and learn, from the source, what technologies they are looking for and what’s needed to submit a successful proposal. Following the presentation, there will be plenty of Q&A time with the presenter.

BBCetc’s From the Sources’ Mouth Series

Michigan SBIR/STTR Assistance Program invites everyone to join our monthly “From the Sources’ Mouth” series featuring SBIR/STTR program managers telling you what you need to know to have success with their agencies.

Our monthly events feature a 1-hour virtual training session conducted by a federal program manager and cover their specific agency’s mission and tips for creating a successful proposal, all sessions include time for Q&A with the agency presenter.

We also host a large event every fall, featuring presenters across several agencies. This series is for technology-based entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses familiar with the SBIR/STTR programs who want to learn more about proposal submission.
