Unlike fundamental research\, the USDA SBIR/STTR programs support small businesses in the creation of innovative\, disruptive technologies and enable the application of research advancements from conception into the market. The STTR program aims to foster technology transfer through formal cooperative R&D between small businesses and nonprofit research institutions. \nProjects dealing with agriculturally-related manufacturing and alternative and renewable energy technologies are encouraged across all SBIR/STTR topic areas. USDA SBIR/STTR’s flexible research areas ensure innovative projects consistent with USDA’s vision of a healthy and productive nation in harmony with the land\, air\, and water. The USDA SBIR/STTR programs have awarded over 2000 research and development projects since 1983\, allowing hundreds of small businesses to explore their technological potential\, and providing an incentive to profit from the commercialization of innovative ideas. SUMMARY:SBIR/STTR 201: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - CANCELLED
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column]SBIR/STTR 201: National Aeronautics and Space Administration[vc_column_text]During this 90-minute session\, we will cover the key aspects of a competitive application from the key sections of the application\, the budget\, the technical team\, the market opportunity\, letters of support and much more.  This is a hands-on session to share how to apply for funding. \nMNSBIR\, Inc.’s mission is to deliver outreach\, education\, and confidential coaching and assistance to enable startups and small businesses to secure funding from America’s Seed Fund (SBIR/STTR) to convert research into products and services for domestic and international market opportunities. \nThe NASA SBIR/STTR program funds the research\, development\, and demonstration of innovative technologies that fulfill NASA needs as described in the annual solicitations and have significant potential for successful commercialization.  The NASA SBIR/STTR Program consists of three phases.  Competing and securing funding in Phase I is required to access funding in future years. \nStartups and small businesses with fewer than 500 employees are encouraged to apply for funding.  Engagement with non-profit research institution (RI) such as a university or a research laboratory is highly encouraged to enhance the project and the team’s capabilities. Your journey starts with a Phase I\, but the ultimate goal is to reach Phase III where you get infused into a NASA mission and/or commercialize.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n	\n \n\n\n \n	\n\n[/vc_column][/vc_row]
