If so\, this event is a must-attend. \nIn this third module of the USPTO eight-part virtual Trademark Basics Boot Camp\, they’ll focus on important principles related to federal trademark clearance searching and effective use of the USPTO’s trademark database. The event is free\, but space is limited\, so register early. \nThis module will cover the following topics: \n\nTrademark basics\nLikelihood of confusion\nFederal trademark searching\nFinding help\n\nThis module will be presented live via Webex from 2-3:30 p.m. ET Tuesday\, July 15\, 2025\, and will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
